There are several phases involved akin to designing your dream home. First, we need to understand your vision so we can visualize your imagination. A proposal is then sent to you for approval. Once the agreement is signed, the next phase is creating a food mood board much like how interior designers present a mood board to let you in inside their creative minds. When you are happy with the ideas, the culinary team starts preparing the recipes testing them out so when the food tasting happens you will have a smoother and cohesive experience. If it will be your first time to have a food trial with us, it is best to emphasize it is a “getting to know you” phase so we can understand your preferences. This way, the menu can be refined further to your satisfaction. When the menu is already approved, then it is roll-out time: the training phase.

We are truly invested in your success. We will still be around to provide you with post-training support for about a week.
